About Us

Weddings2Go is based in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. Every bride is a special bride to us and our aim is for you to feel fabulous on your wedding day. We hope, in however small a way, that we can help to make your wedding one to remember. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and will always endeavour to go the extra mile to deliver to our Brides. If you are planning a trip to try shoes on at the boutique, please phone or e-mail in advance with details of up to 2 pairs of shoes that you are interested in and we will ensure we have them in stock for your visit.

The telephone is manned Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 15:00. Outside of these hours the phone may be answered but if not, messages are picked up regularly and responded to as soon as possible.

Please note: We are currently closed on Wednesdays.

Our aim is to respond to e-mail & telephone enquiries within 2 working days whether we can help or not. If your enquiry is urgent please say so and we will endeavour to respond appropriately.

Shipping Charges & Timescales

WITHIN THE UK

FREE Standard Delivery within the UK up to 3 Pairs of shoes (Bronze Service).
Items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and are dispatched within 10-12 working days*

Delivery Times & Costs- UK

• BRONZE SERVICE – FREE - Dispatched within 10 working days* using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
• SILVER SERVICE – £3.95 - Dispatched within 7 working days using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For
• GOLD SERVICE – £8.00 - Dispatched within 3 working days** using Royal Mail Special Next Day (13:00)

*     Items will be dispatched within 10 working days, often sooner, however if you require your items sooner, please choose an alternative delivery option.

**     Subject to stock availability.  Although we do hold a large amount of stock we do not have every style in every size available at all times. You will be contacted by e-mail if we are out of stock so please monitor your e-mails including your spam/junk folders.

If you place your order after midday it is dealt with as if ordered the next working day in terms of our despatch timescales. e.g. If you order at 13:00 on Monday using our Gold Service your order is processed on Tuesday and wll be despatched by Friday.

Please note our Working days are - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, however orders placed on a Saturday are all processed on Monday no matter what time they are placed.

If your order is urgent we always recommend contacting us to check stock availablility before pacing your order. You can call us within opening hours on 01283 534111, or e-mail anytime at sales@weddings2go.co.uk.

Please note:
Bespoke and made to order items and some other items where specified on the product description will not fit within these timescales. Please ensure you read the item description carefully so you understand the delivery timescale of the product you have ordered. If you are unsure please contact us by calling us within opening hours on 01283 534111, or e-mailing anytime at sales@weddings2go.co.uk.

We only accept orders for up to 3 pairs of shoes that are obviously for size / style comparison. If you place an order for more than 3 pairs of shoes we may cancel the whole order or in most cases we will contact you by e-mail for you to select 3 pairs. Please monitor you e-mails.

Where applicable, delivery charges are non refundable in all cases.

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery Times & Costs - International

Europe – Within 2-5 working days
Rest of World – within 7-10 working days

International postage timescales as per the timescales quoted by Royal Mail, however delays may occur due to issues such as national holidays, bad weather, industrial action etc. We cannot be held accountable for such delays.

Items are usually dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed for and a signature will be required on delivery, please note that if an address is supplied where a signature is not available causing the parcel to be returned to us by the postal services the customer is liable for any re-delivery charges.

Delivery Costs - International

Europe
Up to 2 pairs of shoes £12
We do not accept International orders for more than 2 pairs of shoes.

Rest of World
Up to 2 pairs of shoes £15
We do not accept International orders for more than 2 pairs of shoes.

Please note that any exchanges will attract additional postage charges.

Shipping charges are non refundable in all cases.

Payment

We are able to accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, PayPal and SagePay credit card either online or via telephone.

After you have placed your order you will receive an automated email to confirm your order details. We will then contact you via email with payment details if relevant (see terms and conditions for full details).

Made payable to "Brookes Bridal Ltd". Name and Address written on back of cheque.

Discounts

Only 1 discount can be applied to an item. If multiple discounts are used the discount providing the customer with the biggest discount and therefore the lowest price will be applied. For example, if the price reduction is more than 10% the Wedding Ideas discount will not be applied as a greater discount is already applied to the item.

Multiple Comparison Orders

As the cost of returns is bourne by our customers, we feel it is in your best interest to keep the number of shoes ordered for comparison purposes to 3, for this reason we reserve the right to refuse orders for multiple pairs of shoes. We offer an excellent free exchange service and are available by telephone or e-mail for sizing / style advice. Shoe Size Exchange

If you wish to exchange shoes for an alternative size, we will do so once at no extra cost to you, other than the cost of returning the original shoes to us. Second and subsequent size exchanges will incur a delivery charge of £4.00 for UK deliveries, see above for shipping charges outside th UK.

If you wish to exchange for a different style, we are happy to do so. If the price of the replacement shoes is less than the originals, we will refund the difference and if the price of the replacement shoes is more than the originals we will arrange for you to pay the difference. Additionally, second and subsequent exchanges will incur a delivery charge of £4.00 in addition to any difference in price.

Please note, if the exchanged shoes are then returned to us for a refund, delivery charges will be made for the number of shipments made, e.g. 2 x £4 if one exchange made, which covers shipping costs for the original pair, as included in the price quoted, and also shipping of the exchanged pair.

Please e-mail us at returns@weddings2go.co.uk to notify us of your intent to exchange your shoes, including your name and details of the shoes to be returned and the style & size of the replacement shoes. A returns code will then be e-mailed to you. Please write this code on the Returns Form found on the bottom of the paperwork sent with your goods and enter the shoes you are returning in the relevant box. Indicate on the form you require an exchange and enter the shoes you wish to exchange for in the relevant box. Return and Exchange codes cannot be provided over the telephone.

The Goods must then be returned to us at Weddings2Go with both the goods and all packaging in their original condition. Ensure all shoe soles are un-marked. Shoes are re-packed as received including all toe packing, plastic bags, fabric shoe bags and fabric swatches or spare adornments. Do not attached anything to the shoe box. Please enure you have included your completed Returns Form. All items must be securely packaged using either the cardboard outer packaging in which they were sent or equivalent. Please ensure your returns number is clearly visible on the outside of your outer package so that it is clearly visible to us - Packages not displaying a returns code will not be accepted.

Returns

Please note that bespoke items, such as dyed shoes and made to order tiaras, earrings and sets including earrings cannot be returned.

If you definatley require a return, you must return the goods to us within 30 days of our despatch date. Before returning the goods you must tell us by e-mail that you wish to return your goods. Please e-mail us at returns@weddings2go.co.uk including your name, order date and item(s) to be returned. A returns code will then be e-mailed to you. Please write this code on the Returns Form found on the bottom of the paperwork sent with your goods and enter the shoes you are returning in the relevant box. Indicate on the form you require a return.

We endeavour to respond to all e-mails within 2 working days, please allow for this and also the time required to return your shoes either through Royal Mail or your chosen courier. Items received after 30 days of our despatch date will not be accepted for return.

Please note that returns within 7 days from our despatch date are covered by the Distance Selling Act and will be refunded in full (apart from shipping charges), for your convenience Weddings2Go have extended this period to 30 days from our despatch date. We do not accept returns after 30 days from date of despatch by us.

In addition, any items received back in a poor condition, or with elements missing e.g. shoe box, will incur further charges dependant on the item's condition.

After we have received the Goods and confirmed that they are in an acceptable condition, we will refund you, either via your credit / debit card or by Cheque, with the full purchase price of the returned goods, less delivery charges, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

Overseas Returns

Overseas returns which attract any type of import duty or other taxes to be returned to us in the UK are returned at the full cost to the customer, i.e. any import duty or other taxes must be paid by the customer. If such charges are levied against Weddings2Go that cost will be deducted from any refund due and the balance after any such deduction refunded to the customer.

To assist in avoiding such duties you should clearly mark the outside of your return packaging with the words "RETURNED GOODS". However, this does not guarantee duties will not be applied.

Overseas exchanges attract an addtional shipping charge in all cases as per the relevant prevailing postage charges.

Custom Dyed Shoes and Handbags

Custom Dyed shoes take 21 working days from receipt of payment and Dying Order Form. To confirm the current leadtime, please e-mail us at enquiries@weddings2go.co.uk.

To download a copy of the Dyeing Order Form, please click here. A copy of this form is sent to you when you place any order including a custom dyed item.

As dye batches may differ slightly, if you require multiple pairs of shoes dyeing, we strongly advise that they are all dyed at the same time to enable the same batch of dye to be used on them all. We cannont guarantee an exact colour match to previously dyed items for items sent separately. Also, for this reason you should select your shoes and handbags from the same company as Rainbow will dye Rainbow Club, Rainbow Couture and Else shoes and handbags; Paradox will dye Benjamin Adams, Belle, Pink and Little Miss Pink shoes and handbags. Therefore if your items are from different companies we again cannot guarantee an exact colour match, unless you purchase a "mixed dyeing" product. Mixed company dyeing orders should only be bought over the telephone. If you do purchase items to be dyed from different companies we will contact you to collect the additional "mixed dyeing" product cost. Else branded items are cannot be part of a mixed dyeing order.

If you have a two-tone fabric the middle colour will be matched to. It is sometimes better therefore to provide a swatch of a single colour that you feel is the correct colour rather than the two-tone to ensure the colour match you require.

Custom Dyed shoes cannot be returned. We have therefore provided the "Try B4 U Dye" option, which allows you to check the shoes' fit prior to having the shoes dyed. Please note, the cost of returning the shoes to us once you have tried for size, is borne by the customer. If you use the "Try B4 U Dye" option and subsequently return the shoes for a refund the cost of the "Try B4 U Dye" option is non-refundable.

Lingerie

Lingerie sales are made with Figleaves.com and not Weddings2Go. Lingerie purchases are ruled by the Terms and COnditions found on Figleaves,.com. All enquiries with regards lingerie products and lingerie orders should be made directly to www.figleaves.com.

Bridal Gowns

Our Bridal Gowns are all boutique samples from Weddings by Victoria Brookes in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. They are all in good to mint condition as described on the details relating to each gown and are standard sizes, but please remember bridal sizing is much smaller than high street shops. If you require confirmation of the measurements for a particular gown, please call us on 01283 534111 or e-mail us at enquiries@weddings2go.co.uk.

The pricing quoted on this website is only available for purchases on-line. If you wish to try a selection of our sample gowns, please arrange a visit to our boutique by calling 01283 534111, and quoting reference "SAMPLE", but please note the prices in store will be approximately 50% of the RRP.

If you purchase a sample gown and wish to return it the delivery chanrge is non-refundable, please call or e-mail for a returns code. Delivery is made via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery and costs around £20. Returns of gowns are made at the risk of the customer and therefore adequate insurance must be in place in case of loss in the postal system.
