We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and will always endeavour to go the extra mile to deliver to our Brides.

The telephone is manned during shop opening hours, see below. Outside of these hours the phone may be answered but if not, messages are picked up regularly and responded to as soon as possible.

Our aim is to respond to e-mail & telephone enquiries within 48hrs whether we can help or not. If your enquiry is urgent please say so and we will endeavour to respond appropriately.

When coming to visit us, once on Hawkins Lane look out for the Windsor sign
and drive onto the industrial estate, the shop will then be clearly visible.
It is not easy to see our sign from Hawkins Lane!

We are extremely busy at present, especially on Saturdays, and strongly recommend making an appointment if you want to try on shoes, otherwise you may have a long wait while those with appointments are served.
