The telephone is manned during shop opening hours, see below. Outside of these hours the phone may be answered but if not, messages are picked up regularly and responded to as soon as possible.
Our aim is to respond to e-mail & telephone enquiries within 48hrs whether we can help or not. If your enquiry is urgent please say so and we will endeavour to respond appropriately.

When coming to visit us, once on Hawkins Lane look out for the Windsor sign and drive onto
our estate, the shop will then be clearly visible. It is not easy to see our sign from Hawkins Lane!
