E-mail us at enquiries@weddings2go.co.uk immediately with details of the item that is missing, we will then investigate and check our stocks which will verify if the item has been sent.

How long will it take for shoes to be dyed?
A standard dyeing order takes approximately 21 days from receipt of payment and Dying Order Form. To confirm the current leadtime, please e-mail us at enquiries@weddings2go.co.uk. As dye batches may differ slightly, if you require multiple pairs of shoes dyeing, we advise that they are all dyed at the same time to enable the same batch of dye to be used on them all. We cannont guarantee an exact colour match to previously dyed items for items sent separately.

I have ordered a dyeing option, what do I need to send as a swatch?
Your swatch should be a piece of fabric a minumum of 1" square. If you do not have an appropriate swatch a piece of ribbon or reel of cotton can be used. We cannot send any paper or plastic items to our dyeing departments to use for colour matching.

Where do I get a copy of the Dyeing Form?
To download a copy of the Dyeing Order Form, please click here. A copy of this form is sent to you when you place any order including a custom dyed item.

Can I return my dyed shoes for a refund or exchange?
Absolutely not! As Custom Dyed shoes are a bespoke order to your colour specification they cannot be returned. We have therefore provided the "Try B4 U Dye" option which allows you to check the shoes' fit prior to having the shoes dyed. Please note, the cost of returning the shoes to us once you have tried for size, is borne by the customer.

I have already bought my shoes elsewher, can I send them to you for dyeing?
No, we only arrange the dyeing of shoes purchased from the Weddings2Go wesite or Burton on Trent store.

I am having my shoes dyed should I order white or ivory?
We recommended that you purchase ivory shoes as they will give the best result. White satin shoes have a blue hue which affects the final colour result. For example if you wish to dye white satin shoes gold , the result will have a greenish hue to them (gold and blue make green)

I have a two-tone / shot silk swatch, can I send this?
If you have a two-tone fabric the middle colour will be matched to. You can of course send your two-tone swatch but it is sometimes better to provide a swatch of a single colour that you feel is the correct colour rather than the two-tone to ensure the colour match you require. Remember dyed shoes are a bespoke order and therefore non-returnable.

I am having a number of pairs dyed do I need to send a swatch with each pair?
No, you should have them all dyed at the same time and you only need to sent 1 swatch. As dye batches may differ slightly, if you require multiple pairs of shoes dyeing, we strongly advise that they are all dyed at the same time to enable the same batch of dye to be used on them all. We cannont guarantee an exact colour match to previously dyed items for items sent separately. Also, for this reason you should select your shoes and handbags from the same company as Rainbow will dye Rainbow Club, Rainbow Couture and Else shoes and handbags; Paradox will dye Benjamin Adams, Belle, Pink and Little Miss Pink shoes and handbags. Therefore if your items are from different companies we again cannot guarantee an exact colour match, unless you purchase a "mixed dyeing" product. Mixed company dyeing orders should only be bought over the telephone. If you do purchase items to be dyed from different companies we will contact you to collect the additional "mixed dyeing" product cost. Else branded items are cannot be part of a mixed dyeing order.

Can I dye my shoes after the wedding?
Yes, many of our shoes are dyed (usually black) after the wedding to give them an new lease of life. Simply purchase the relevant "Once Worn" dyeing option and we will e-mail a Dyeing Order form to you. Complete the form and return it to us with your shoes and we will arrange for them to be dyed and sent back to you. If the shoes have already been dyed once, as long as you have not used a protective spray on them, you can have them dyed again, this is also a "Once Worn" dyeing option.

Why does it cost more to dye my shoes after my wedding?
Our approach is to simplify pricing by including shipping costs in our prices where possible. The pricing for dyeing options reflect the different shipping costs necessary to complete the process rather than shipping costs being added at checkout.

Do I need to do anything to my dyed shoes to protect them from the rain?
Dyeable shoes are not water resistant and the dyes used are water soluble so, if your dyed items are exposed to water or heavy rain, the dye will bleed or stain. You can protect your dyeable bridal shoes with a water repellent spray. The shoes will not be waterproof as they are fabric but it will prevent dye running and staining. If you do treat your shoes after dyeing, the shoes cannot be re-dyed at a later date.

I am looking at Else shoes which says dyeing is included, do I need to add a dyeing option when I purchase them?
If you are happy with sizing and are having the shoes dyed without trying them, just select "Dyeing Required" in the Else Dyeing option box. If you need to try the shoes first you need to add the "Else Try B4 U Dye" product to your shopping cart. If you have a short lead-time and want the express option you will need to add the "Else Express" product to your shopping cart. To add these dyeing products to your shopping cart go to "Dyeing Options" on the "Shoe Dyeing" menu.

I purchased a pair of Else shoes from you which included dyeing but I did not have them dyed for the wedding. I would now like to have them dyed what do I do?
You need to purchase the "Else Once Worn" Dyeing option and we will e-mail a Dyeing Order form to you. Complete the form and return it to us with your shoes and we will arrange for them to be dyed and sent back to you.

I purchased a pair of Else shoes from you which included dyeing and I had them dyed for the wedding. I would now like to have them dyed another colour what do I do?
There is not a separate Else specific 2nd dyeing product. You need to purchase the "Once Worn " Dyeing option and we will e-mail a Dyeing Order form to you. Complete the form and return it to us with your shoes and we will arrange for them to be dyed and sent back to you.
